Each terminal has an M&M GLOW client installed. The client communicates with a central GLOW server which provides rules to control how the client recognizes and categorizes usage data.

The client applies the rules to determine how the terminal is being used by applying pattern recognition to the terminal window, without capturing proprietary information or real-time price data.

For example, M&M GLOW can recognize an e-mail message and register the sender or recipient, but it never captures or records the content of the e-mail.

M&M GLOW SERVER

The client periodically transfers usage data to the central server, where it is stored and analyzed. Usage on the central server is stored in an industry-standard relational database such as MS SQLServer.

The M&M GLOW Server provides web-based reports.
