M&M GLOW Reports

M&M GLOW provides high-level reports which summarize aggregate usage for each user over a chosen timeframe.

Summary usage is broken down into high-level categories such as messaging and quotes. Usage reports can be grouped into configurable views, for example desk location, P&L, or host name.

Each user's usage is compared with the group's overall usage allowing easy identification of light or heavy users. Charts are available which show the usage breakdown for an individual user and the comparison of an individual's usage with the group's.

M&M GLOW provides reports which show all the usage details for a single terminal or user.

For example, you can see:

• Each login.
• Each e-mail status (sent or read); categorized as external or internal (only the sender or recipient is captured).
• Each quote including the ticker and exchange.

All of the data which is captured can be browsed through the reporting interface, providing a clear understanding of exactly how a terminal is used.

Usage data which M&M GLOW records:

M&M GLOW registers usage of every page the terminal displays. It doesn't matter how the page is accessed via keystroke, mouse click, or pre-set startup pages; if the user sees the page then M&M GLOW registers it.

For each type of usage captured, M&M GLOW records the date and time that the screen was displayed, and the length of time it was visible. Specifically, it captures the following data: Login (serial number, host name, login, windows login), Messaging, Quotes (including API usage), Third Party Services, Proprietary functions and pages, News and Launchpad.
