M&M GLOW Architecture

M&M GLOW examines the computer screen as seen by the user and applies rules to infer the user's usage of application features. The usage data is stored temporarily on the user's workstation in an encrypted form, and is periodically uploaded to a central server for analysis and reporting. M&M GLOW operates in the background and does not affect the user's experience.

GLOW also examines certain inter-process messages to infer requests made through services such as Bloomberg's API by applications such as Excel.

● Workstations with M&M GLOW Client Installed

Information is collected by the client, encrypted, then stored on the local workstation.

● M&M GLOW Server

Clients send the encrypted files to the server, which processes the information and updates the database. 

● M&M GLOW Reports

Password-protected web-based access to M&M GLOW Reports.
